It’s just that change is hard, and you can’t keep expecting to make impactful life changes all by yourself.

I spent the last 5 of my 11 years in a high-powered BigLaw career feeling unhappy, unfulfilled, and unmotivated.
I knew my dysfunctional work environment meant that being a lawyer wasn’t right for me anymore. But I also didn’t believe I could quit and pursue something else.
When I finally overcame my lack of confidence (cleverly disguised as negative self-talk), I started coaching others like me who felt stuck in similar situations.
It lights me up to see clients have those “a-ha” moments. Those flashes of clarity that spark a transformational chain reaction and bring them back to their true selves.
In a world that tries to place people in boxes, my message is simple – you have a choice.
You can live the life you want.
You don’t have to do what you’ve always done and you don’t have to be who you’ve always been.
Hey, I’m Ryan!
I’m so glad you’re here.
Because I’ve been where you are.
Yeah, I know you’ve heard that before, haven’t you?
So let me give you the quick version of why that’s actually true in this case:
Back in the day, I was living the dream of an international finance lawyer – I went from broke music exec in London to BigLaw lawyer in sunny Singapore.
But over time, the dream became less and less appealing.
I was stuck in a rut and could see a life ahead of me that I wasn’t sure I wanted.
A Christmas holiday to Bali, interrupted by yet another “emergency deal”, was the final straw.
So I set off on a personal development quest down YouTube rabbit holes, via a trail of half-read books, and through a sea of Google search results, as I tried to figure out what I wanted in life and who I was beneath the BigLaw identity.
That quest helped me get clarity on my values, rediscover what was important to me, and slay the limiting beliefs that, until that point, had stopped me from doing what I knew I needed to do to change my life.
