It’s great to have you here.
Why?
Because I’ve been where you are.
Yeah, I know, many out there will tell you that but in my case it’s true! Don’t believe me? that’s cool, I understand.
To you, I’m just some guy on the internet with a shaved head and a nice smile. But to my clients, I’m the coach that helped them:
be more present with their family: carve out non-negotiable family time without the guilt;
be more confident in their job: speak their truth, ask for what they want, and face up to difficult conversations;
take control of their life: build a daily yoga practice, set clear boundaries, and be intentional about what they do and when they do it.
OK, OK, I’m probably not helping my case here. You’re probably thinking you’ve heard it all before. Some guy telling you he can relate to your story and understands what it’s like to be where you are.
I get it!
So let me tell you a bit more about who I am and how I got here. Sound good?
Awesome!
So, the short story is, back in the day I was a happy but broke music business executive, who got tired of being broke. That led me to a law degree, law school and BigLaw, living the dream of a finance lawyer in London,
Skip forward a few years, I moved to Singapore to continue the dream and escape the English weather (fun fact: I hate the cold!) but over time the dream became less and less appealing.
I felt stuck in a rut and could see a life ahead of me that I wasn’t sure I wanted. I made the right noises, did the right things, and played the game as best I could, but there was a voice inside that kept asking me Is this really the life you want or is it the life you think you should want?.
A Christmas holiday to Bali, interrupted by yet another deal that absolutely had to close before the end of the year (spoiler alert! It didn’t.), was the final straw. I knew there had to be more to life but I’d been a BigLaw lawyer for so long that I had no idea what ‘more’ looked like.
So I set off on a personal development quest that took me down YouTube rabbit holes, via a trail of half-read books and through a sea of Google search results, as I tried to figure out what I wanted in life and who I was beneath the BigLaw lawyer identity.
That quest helped me get clarity on my values, rediscover what was important to me, and slay the limiting beliefs that, until that point, had stopped me looking beyond the path that lie ahead of me.
And that’s why I’m where I am now.
A life coach, yoga teacher and two-time author, helping busy professionals, just like you, get from where you are to where you want to be, so you don’t have to spend years trying to figure it out alone like I did.
🚫You don’t have time to piece together multiple pieces of the puzzle;
🚫You don’t have time to lose hours down YouTube rabbit holes; and
🚫You don’t have time to read numerous inspirational books that fail to give you the tools to make meaningful changes to your life.
You need someone who gets you.
✅ Someone who knows what it’s like to feel trapped by external opinions as to what you should do and who you should be.
✅ Someone who sees more for you than you see for yourself and is committed to helping you see it too and get after it.
✅ Someone who can help you develop the strategies and tools necessary to consistently, and sustainably, show up as your best self in your career, in your relationships and in your life!
This is what I do! And I’m pretty damn good at it if I do say so myself!
I’ve helped:
a lawyer who switched roles to create space to follow her dream of becoming a writer;
a tech executive who left the corporate world to open her very own pilates studio; and
a finance professional who once clear on the vision of the life she wanted to live, quit her job, and moved across the world to find love and happiness, and now lives a life that’s aligned with that vision.
These are all people like you who, through the power of coaching, have found their way back to themselves, changed their lives for the better, and now live life feeling alive!
And I want you to know this is possible for you! Even if you don't believe it yet.
You can have more time to do the things you love.
You can have more joy.
You can feel more energetic, engaged and alive.
But it starts with deciding you want those things.
As you’ve read this far I know that you do.
And I also know that you’re now thinking, What will working with you look like for me?
So, I’ve laid out all the deets for you. All you need to do is click the button below.

Fun facts
1. I’m a certified Yoga teacher & meditation guide
Daily mindful movement and meditation are non-negotiable for me. Yoga was a big part of my personal development journey. It helped me deal with the stresses of BigLaw and clarify who I was and the life I wanted to live.
Life gets crazy sometimes, but you know that.
And the craziness can lead to overwhelm and burnout as you lurch from one person’s priority to another, neglecting yourself and what you want.
Yoga and meditation can help you find stillness amidst the chaos. And in that stillness, recognise you can’t control the chaos. but you can control how you respond to it.
The answers to the questions you ask yourself, like what am I doing and why am I doing it, are inside of you. Through yoga and meditation, I guide you back to yourself so you can find them.
2. I’m a Father
I’m a father to 2 fun, strong-willed boys. They were the catalyst for rethinking my life and leaving BigLaw.
I encourage my kids to be themselves, and I tell them they can be and do anything they want to in life.
Saying this while staying in an unhappy situation out of a false sense of obligation presented a disconnect between the talk and the walk. I didn’t want to be that Dad who says the words “Do as I say, not as I do”. No one wants to be that guy.
3. I love Coffee (like, a lot!)
I love coffee! The day hasn’t properly started until I’ve had my coffee (a Long Black, no sugar in case you’re wondering). When I’m out and about I’m sometimes partial to a mocha (made with oat milk, of course) but there’s nothing like the pure simplicity of a long black made with freshly ground beans. Mmmm! (And for the record, an americano and a long black are not the same thing!).
